Vietnam will take on Myanmar on March 2, Okinawa on March 3, Thailand on March 4 and then Japan two days later.
The event will serve as an exchange platform for youngsters from Japan and ASEAN countries. During their stay, the participating teams will be given the opportunity to observe and experience the Japanese culture off the pitch.
It will also give the Vietnamese team a chance to hone their skills to prepare for the upcoming second qualifying round of the AFC U19 Championship.
The JENESYS Program (Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths) is a project advanced by the Japanese government from the standpoint of providing a sound foundation for strong solidarity within Asian and Oceanian countries through large-scale youth exchanges.
