PANO - Reputed violinist Sarah Chang, an American of Korean origin told a press in Hanoi on April 10th that she had enjoyed performing on the stages of the S-shaped country of Vietnam.

Violinist Sarah Chang is going to play “the Four Seasons” by Vivaldi at the Hennessey Concert, at the Hanoi Opera House on April 12th. This will be the first time this well-known artist has shared stage with Hanoi string orchestra.

Regarding the choice of “The Four Seasons”, Sarah Chang said that it is a classic set of four violin concertos, requiring artist’s skills. This set was written on the basis of various verses. Thus, the verses’ harmony is included in music. That makes the set unique and attractive.

With the language of music, Sarah Chang and 19 Vietnamese instrumentalists will entertain listeners with a space of melodious sounds.

Asked about Vietnamese instrumentalists, reputed violinist said that she impromptu performed with a very young female instrumentalist and felt that her musical talent would shine in future.

“I believe in the potential of music of young Vietnamese talents”, Sarah Chang emphasised.
