“I first visited Vietnam when I was six. Since then, my family has returned here every summer. These experiences inspired me to decide to start-up my family's business in Da Nang,” he said.

His love for Vietnam has motivated him to stay long-term and create special chocolate balls imbued with Vietnamese culture.

The success of “Chocolate Corner by Savall” comes from not only his talent, but also the harmonious combination of his family secrets and pure Vietnamese ingredients.

Flavors such as green tea, black pepper, passion fruit were researched and put into the product himself, creating a unique mark. This is the creativity, the way he honors Vietnamese specialties through chocolate.

“I want each candy to not only bring a special flavor, but also tell a unique story about Vietnamese culture and people,” Savall said.

To produce products of the highest quality, Savall has constantly learnt, participated in specialized training courses, and approached leading experts in chocolate processing. He himself selects the ingredients and carefully studies the production process to ensure that each product meets sophisticated standards and bears a strong personal mark.

Alongside flavor, Savall has also shaped Vietnam's famous landscapes in each chocolate ball. My Khe beach, Dragon Bridge, Hoi An old quarter, majestic Ha Long Bay, all are vividly recaptured, contributing to promoting Vietnamese tourism and culture to international visitors.

Savall said that he really likes Da Nang, a city in which sea and mountains combine harmoniously, creating an ideal living space. “That's why I decided to stay and develop my career here,” said he.
