The former Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Pham Quang Nghi, the Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee, Truong Thi Ngoc Anh, and the VJA Vice President, Ho Quang Loi, attended the event.
