The first Vietnam International Exhibition on Film and Television Technology (Telefilm 2013) commenced in Hanoi on June 19, with the aim of providing opportunities for Vietnam’s television sector to access modern technologies and prepare for digital television.
The three-day event, co-organised by the Vietnam Television (VTV) and the Adpex Joint Stock Company (ADPEX), draws the participation of 30 foreign partners from Denmark, the Republic of Korea, Hong Kong (China), Singapore and Malaysia.
More than 200 stalls at the exhibition feature latest products and services in the fields of communications technology and multi-media entertainment.
The organisers will also hold symposiums on methods and technologies to measure TV viewing, improve the quality of Vietnam’s TV films, and share experience in TV show production in conformity with international development trends.
The exhibition is expected to become an annual international event.
