Vietnam culture to stage in Russia
PANO – The Military Drama Theater, from April 29 to May 8, will organize a program with its 35 officers, actors, staff and collaborators to give performances and exchange experience in performance management and organization with the Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army.

The program aims to introduce Vietnam’s image, national cultural values and the performing arts of Vietnamese military artists to Russian and overseas Vietnamese.
On this occasion, the theater will stage a play entitled “Duoi cat la nuoc” (Under Sand is Water - by writer Nguyen Quang Vinh), which won a gold medal at the third International Experimental Theater Festival, and a play named “Va noi day binh minh yen tinh” (The Dawns Here are Quiet, based on a novel written by B. Vasilyev and play-script written by A. Uxtjugov), which was considered during the 1960s and 1970s a classic work on the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people.
