PANO – Singers Nguyen Ngoc Dung from Vietnam and Zhang Ping from China shared the first prize at the 4th Vietnam - China Friendship Singing Contest which was concluded in Hanoi on November 29th.

It is the annual competition in order to consolidate the two nations’ long-lasting friendship and offer an opportunity for participants to better their understanding of each other’s culture.

The contestants performed songs in Chinese and Vietnamese in praise of their countries and the Vietnam-China traditional friendship.

The competition was jointly organized by the Quang Ninh Radio and Television Station, Vietnam’s VTC Digital Television, China’s Radio International, Guangxi People’s Radio and Guangxi Television.
