A number of performances recalled the day of April 30, 1975 when the Vietnamese liberation troops and people defeated US invaders and its South Vietnamese puppet forces, liberating the South and reunifying the country, as well as praised the images of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the national construction and defense cause.
During the program, the organizers handed over gifts to four army units, namely Division 361 of the Air Defense and Air Force Service, Brigade 113 of the Commando Arm, Brigade 139 of the Signal Corps, and Regiment 692 of the Hanoi Capital Military Command. These units are undertaking the task of training new recruits of this year. Additionally, the Vietnam Lottery One Member Co. Ltd. granted scholarships worth VND 50 million to disadvantaged students with outstanding academic records from several localities.
The "victory song” program contributed to evoking the national pride and patriotism, and encouraged people to make greater contributions to the cause of national building and safeguarding.
