In Hanoi, an Italian Cuisine Festival begins with the opening of a buffet at the American Club by major Italian restaurants such as Leone D’oro, Luna D’autunno, Mediterriano and Pane e Vinoin in the city. With a sum of 150,000 VND, visitors will have a chance to enjoy many delicious Italian dishes.
The event is also supported by the Vietnamese Information and Culture Ministry, the Italian Embassy in Vietnam and the Italian Business Department in Ho Chi Minh City.
Similar festival will also be held in Continental Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Italian cuisine is known for its long tradition, special tastes, layout and nutrition. Each region in the country has different styles of dishes. Italian cuisine appeared in Vietnam more than a decade ago and is considered one of the world’s best cuisines.
