PANO - The Ho Chi Minh Museum has held a ceremony to receive 400 documents and objects related to President Ho Chi Minh from individuals and groups nationwide.
During the last two years, the Ho Chi Minh Museum has collected nearly 100 precious documents and objects, such as a letter, clothes, a collection of 8 Ho Chi Minh Medals and an iron hat. President Ho Chi Minh presented these objects to several outstanding individuals during the war.
On this occasion, veteran Nguyen The Nghia and his comrades, once imprisoned in the Phu Quoc Penitentiary, presented the museum with an Uncle Ho’s portrait painted by the veteran’s blood.
The Museum has written memoirs of more than 30 local and foreign people who met, worked and had memories of President Ho Chi Minh.
The museum also worked with the Central Archive Department and Archive Centre 3 to copy hundreds of precious documents and photos.
