After cutting a red ribbon to open the road, delegates laid wreaths and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Park of President Ho Chi Minh Statue.
The 720m-long Flower Road displays tens of thousands of pots of a variety of flowers from localities and cities nationwide, featuring three different sub-themes “The City of Spring,” “Integration and Development,” and “To a bright future.”
The Flower Road event has been held every Tet holiday for the past 15 years, becoming an essential cultural activity of local residents as well as contributing to drawing more international and domestic visitors to the city.
