With the total investment of about VND 150 billion and an area of 3,300 sq.m, the project was designed by architect Hoang Thuc Hao in 2018. Located near the Bac Hung Hai River, the construction consists of seven spiral blocks representing seven pottery wheels.

The project features both the spinning pottery wheels and the traditional pottery kiln, showcasing the artisans' craftsmanship, intelligence, and creativity.

This venue also hosts various cultural and artistic activities, exhibitions, cafes, and culinary events.
