Visitors at the exhibition
The exhibition  showcases 36 photos featuring the brutal effects of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 during World War II as well as the strong revival of the two cities after these catastrophes.

The exhibition is seen as a message to raise people’s awareness of war crimes and the dangers of atomic bombs, and to call for a world free of nuclear weapons.

During  the event,  co-organized by the Nagasaki National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims, visitors have a chance to meet with Hiromitsu Morita, a survivor of the Nagasaki bombing.
