Art exchange marks 100th anniversary of Russia’s October Revolution
PANO – The Voice of Vietnam (VOV) in association with the Russian Embassy in Vietnam and the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Hanoi held an art exchange themed “Echoing songs of October” on the 29th of this historic month to mark the 100th anniversary of Russia's October Revolution.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly Uong Chu Luu, representatives of various diplomatic missions in Vietnam, and delegates from across the ministries and sectors of the State attended the event.

The program featured documentary films, interviews and artistic performances by Russian and Vietnamese artists. Additionally, participants heard stories relating to the Russia-Vietnam friendship, as personally recalled by historical witnesses.
The program also retraced the image of Uncle Ho (President Ho Chi Minh) during his stay in Russia, where he had discovered the way for the Vietnamese Revolution.
Performances at the event left lasting impressions on the audience, especially items related to the Vietnam-Russia special friendship.
