3,000 participants join the Ao dai parade
PANO – An Ao dai (Vietnamese traditional long dress) parade themed "I love Vietnam” and a bicycle tour, on March 5, were held on Nguyen Hue Walking Street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

These were special activities in the framework of the fourth Ao dai festival in Ho Chi Minh City, co-organized by the city's Department of Tourism and the municipal Women’s Association.
Some 3,000 participants formed the shapes of the national map and flag to express their patriotism.
After the parade, the participants joined a bicycle tour, themed “dynamic Ao dai,” starting from Nguyen Hue Walking Street to historic sites of the city. In addition, the organizing board also presented 100 scholarships (worth VND 2 million each) to needy students.
