PANO – After  the success of the 1st painting contest “I draw Vietnam – I draw Russia” last year, the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association (RVFA), the Pushkin Sub-Institute and the Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association (VRFA) launched the 2nd contest in Vietnam.

The contest is to discover young talents and to offer exchange opportunities for youths of Vietnam and Russia so that they can learn about history, culture and traditions of the two countries.
