At the meetings with the Lao senior leaders, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang expressed his delight at seeing the development of the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in various fields, and thanked Laos for providing invaluable support for Vietnam over the years.

He affirmed that the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics will work closely with the Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration to carry out agreements reached by leaders of the two parties, countries and academies, contributing to realizing resolutions of each Party and further deepening bilateral special solidarity.

For their parts, the Lao senior leaders hoped the two academies to continue enhancing the information exchange, theoretical research, and practical review, especially new issues, while further improving the efficiency of personnel training for Laos, contributing to the renovation process of each country. They also conveyed their greetings to Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and senior leaders of the Vietnamese Party and State.
