Looking ahead, the official described the bilateral comprehensive cooperation across various fields, including national defense, education, health care, trade and investment, as a key area for continued collaboration.
The above motto is a lodestar for both nations, particularly for future generations, he said, adding that by understanding and following this path, both countries will prosper, fulfilling the shared aspirations of their peoples.
The official urged Cambodia and Vietnam to work together in regional endeavors, and expressed his belief that as members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), they can play a vital role in strengthening the bloc's central role, ultimately benefiting both countries. Additionally, he advocated for further multilateral cooperation among Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
