Cay Duong hamlet is over 35 kilometers from Tra Vinh city. Local people mainly rely on cattle breeding and agricultural production.

Tinh Bien town is about 70 kilometers from Long Xuyen city. It is known as the "Da Lat of the Southwestern region." Mount Cam, or Thien Cam Son, is also a tourist destination in the locality.
