Vietnam-Chinese Taipei culinary exchange highlighted
PANO – Well-known chefs from Vietnam and Chinese Taipei gathered in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to introduce the culinary features of the two countries.
Accordingly, five Taiwanese chefs presented the top local dishes such as grilled Taiwanese sweet pork sausage, special shark fin soup called Buddha Jumps Over the Wall or Buddha's Temptation, and typical fruits of Chinese Taipei.

Meanwhile, chefs from Sheraton Vietnam Hotel showed their talents through a number of Vietnamese dishes.
As revealed in the first nine months of this year, the number of tourists between Vietnam and Chinese Taipei reached over 700,000 and, notably, nearly 200,000 Vietnamese visited Chinese Taipei, which is double the number of the same period last year.
