Rhododendron flowers festival opened in Sapa
PANO – The 3rd Rhododendron flowers festival was opened on March 23 by Sun World Fansipan Legend. The festival with many cultural activities is expecting to attract a large number of tourists.

Dubbed as the “kingdom of Rhododendron flowers”, the Hoang Lien forest is seen as the country’s hub of Rhododendron, with 40 different kinds growing there. The flowers blossom almost all year round, but they are most beautiful in late spring and early summer.
People can enjoy the beauty of age-old Rhododendron trees when they sit in the cable car leading to the top of Fansipan.
The festival lasts till May 5.
