Additional trains will be put into service to meet the growing demand of passengers during the national events, including Reunification Day (April 30th) and Labour Day (May 1st), on routes from Ho Chi Minh City to other provinces.

On this occasion, Saigon Railways has increased the number of train trips and offered 30% discount to passengers on these routes.

According to Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy-Director of the Saigon Railways, there will be a large number of tourists travelling by train during the coming holidays.

In particular, the railway will also add 8 additional train trips on the route Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang on the Anniversary of the Death of Hung King on April 12th.
