In 2017, 100 percent of the staff of Viettel Post will use smartphones to meet three targets, namely sales, customer care service, service quality supervision and staff evaluation. Viettel Post will automate technologies to the loading and unloading and goods-classification systems.

In 2016, the corporation’s revenue increased by 47% while the pre-tax profit grew nearly 72% compared to 2015. Last year, Viettel Post developed its system of post offices, creating a breakthrough in the development of its business. So far, Viettel Post has expanded its network to 713 districts, the largest working network of this kind.
