At the celebration, Ngoc Dung Moser, General Secretary of the Vietnamese Association in Switzerland, recalled her memories of establishing the school and the support it has received from the Vietnamese Embassy in Switzerland over the years.

She said that the founding and development of Binh Minh School was a way to promote the Vietnamese language and culture among future generations. She also expressed her hope that the school would have more opportunities to interact with other schools teaching Vietnamese across Europe in the future.

Participants honored the school’s teachers, who have always shown great enthusiasm and dedication in supporting the teaching activities at the school though they were not formally trained,

Trung Cao, a researcher in biomedical science at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Zurich, said that despite challenges in balancing busy daily work schedules, the teachers' determination and commitment to helping future generations learn Vietnamese are evident. They continuously improve their knowledge and explore Vietnamese teaching programs to apply them in the classroom. He underlined that by maintaining weekend classes, Binh Minh School has offered students a valuable opportunity to speak and interact with each other in Vietnamese.

At the celebration, Vietnamese Ambassador to Switzerland Phung The Long presented gifts to the school and expressed his hope that the school will continue to make significant strides in the years to come.
