South continues to face one more typhoon in December: NCHMF
The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) warned in December the Northern provinces will continue to suffer a cold spell while one more typhoon will hit the Southern Vietnam.
As per the center’s forecast, one or two cold spells will continue to occurring in the Northern region from December 8 to 10.
The Southern part of the East Sea (South China Sea) will see the typhoon or a tropical low-pressure which can affect to Vietnam, concentrating in the central central and southern region.
The central central and central southern region need to take measures to cope with heavy rains due to the impacts of cold waves combined with tropical depression zone.
