The exhibition featured 118 decrees, which were original copies typed or written on paper with signatures by President Ho Chi Minh and other members of the Provisional Government.
The displayed documents highlighted four stages, namely the success of the August Revolution – A historical turn for the Vietnamese people; the initial development of reinforcement of the State’s governance; the surmounting of economic and financial hardship; and the construction and development of culture, education, defense, socio-security and external affairs.
The exhibition will run until the end of September.
