Ministry of Public Security commends 79 exemplary commune police officers

The event was attended by Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Party and Political Work of the Ministry of Public Security, and Nguyen Dinh Vinh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang Municipal Party Committee, among others.

Awards handed over to exemplary commune- and townlet-level police officers.

The program aimed to promote the implementation of the policy to deploy regular police officers to key security areas, remote regions, border areas, and islands. This was part of the summary review of two years of implementing Resolution No.12-NQ/DUCA dated July 25, 2022 of the Central Public Security Party Committee and Directive No.11-CT/BCA dated October 28, 2022, by the Minister of Public Security on further strengthening the construction of commune- and townlet-level police forces to meet the new situation's task requirements.

During the event, attendees watched videos and listened to stories about the silent contribution of commune police officers to the cause of protecting security and order, maintaining national security, and ensuring social order and safety.

An art performance at the program

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security rewarded 79 exemplary commune police officers, as well as collectives and individuals from the border and island commune police forces who have made outstanding achievements.
