In response to Project 844, the organizers provide a six-month long training course for IT students in Hanoi with an aim to train over 300 young IT programmers majoring in product management and data science.
The program also targets to develop highly qualified human resources for the national innovative start-up ecosystem.
In addition, participants in the program in Hanoi will have a chance to join business challenges issued by numerous enterprises such as FPT Software, Viettel Digital Services, Teko Vietnam, Tripi, FSI x EPU and TnTech, as well as receive instruction to create innovative products.
Mrs. Virginia Yang, Director of Developer Partnerships and Programs of Facebook, held that the previous program in Ho Chi Minh City was a great success.
These positive results serve as a motivation for them to launch the program in Hanoi. With nearly 7,000 Facebook Developer Circles members across the country, the community is growing, making a positive contribution to supporting Vietnam in implementing the national digital transformation strategy, she added.
