Hundreds of children with facial deformities to get free surgeries

PANO - The Operation Smile Vietnam is going to team with three hospitals to offer free surgeries for some 350 kids with facial deformities from June 10^th to July 1^st in Hanoi city and Quang Ngai province.

Accordingly, on June 10^th a check-up program will be held at the Military Central Hospital 108 that will perform surgeries on about 150 children-patients between June 11^th-17^th.

Meanwhile, the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Hospital will give free health check-ups for kids on June 13rd before conducting surgeries on around 80 kids between June 14^th-17^th.

In Quang Ngai province, some 120 kids who will have their health checked by the provincial General Hospital on June 25^th, will receive free surgeries by medical experts from different countries between June 27^th and July 1^st.

Other supports for children-patients will include postoperative care, follow-up examinations, phonetic therapies, travel and food expenses.
