Accordingly, the flag-hoisting ceremony will be conducted by the guards-of-honor of the complex’s security department every Saturday and Sunday. The first ceremony will be at 10:30 on July 28.
On the occasion, the complex’s management board offered a 30 percent discount program to “Indochina roof” and the Fansipan flagpole for visitors who are veterans, military officers, students, the elderly and Lao Cai people. The program will last until the end of this year.
