COVID-19: No new cases, 10 more patients given all clear
No new COVID-19 cases were recorded over the past 12 hours, making the tally stay unchanged at 1,068 as of 6pm on September 22, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
Ten patients were given the all clear on September 22, raising the number of recoveries to 957.

The death toll remains at 35, mostly elderly people with serious underlying health conditions.
Currently, there are 23,725 people having close contact with confirmed cases or coming from pandemic-hit regions under quarantine.
Vietnam has gone through 20 days clear of locally-transmitted cases. September 22 also marked the 55th day Ho Chi Minh City has had no new cases infected in the community, and the 34th day for Hanoi.
