Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi emphasized the role of digital governance in administrative management, highlighting plans to enhance digital transformation through IT projects and training policies. These initiatives aim to strengthen staff capacity and support digital community organizations for a concerted and efficient transition.

Binh Duong is also developing a coordination framework between the provincial Public Administration Service Centre and such centers at the commune level to streamline administrative services. Loi reaffirmed the province’s commitment to improving public and business satisfaction and advancing administrative reforms.

Truong Cong Huy, deputy director of the center, noted that the fully online service rate remains low due to recent organizational restructuring in March, which led to updates in administrative procedures. The province is integrating these changes into the national administrative database and aims to raise the rate to at least 70% in 2025, with a 10% annual increase thereafter.

Currently, Binh Duong has digitized 89.29% of electronic document processing and 82.36% of administrative procedure records. In 2025, it aims for full digitization of all administrative records. Efforts are also underway to promote online public service usage through media, social networks, and administrative agencies.
