PANO – 6 young doctors have volunteered to work at hospitals in five needy Northwestern districts in response to a movement launched by the Health Ministry and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.

The ceremony starting the project on February 21st in Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province was attended by National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong.

The project aims to create a chance for young doctors to contribute their youth and intelligence, as well as to meet the demand for health care of border, mountainous and island people, making contributions to easing the overloading in major hospitals.
