Mongolian Deputy Prime Minister Terbishdagva called for closer cooperation on trade, investment, healthcare and culture during a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Minh Khoi in Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia, on November 17.
The Mongolian Government and people wish to deepen ties with Vietnam in a number of fields, the host said, adding that both sides should facilitate high-level visits in the near future.
That same day, Khoi attended a ceremony to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Vietnam–Mongolia diplomatic ties and awarded the Vietnamese State’s Order of Friendship to Mongolian individuals in honour of their contributions to the Vietnam-Mongolian relationship.
Earlier, Khoi held talks with Mongolian Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Economic Development Damba Gankhuyag, during which they discussed in-depth measures to boost bilateral coordination.
