The delegates are from the Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee and the Fatherland Front’s Committee of Hanoi.
In a solemn atmosphere, they expressed their respect to Lenin, who made great contributions to the world revolutionary cause.
The October Revolution, an important historical event marking the birth of the Soviet Union, took place on October 24th 1917 (November 7th 1917 in the Gregorian calendar).
