The Tap Chi Cong San (Communist Review) of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) has been awarded the Lao Freedom Order (Issala), 2nd class, a high distinction of the Lao State and Party.

Bouchane Phenhsavad, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Training Commission of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and Editor-in-chief of Alunmay Review of the LPRP, presented the Issala Order to the Communist Review at a ceremony in Ha Noi on July 23.

Bouchane Phenhsavad also thanked to the Communist Review for its assistance to the Alunmay Review in personnel training and supply of technical equipment.

Cooperative ties between the two reviews have helped promote special friendship and solidarity as well as comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, State and people of Laos and Viet Nam , he said.
