PANO – The Vietnamese Former Volunteer Youths' Association and the Ho Chi Minh (HCM) Communist Youth Union Central Committee in association with the HCM City’s People’s Committee held a seminar titled “Ho Chi Minh Thought on the big school of volunteer youth” on March 30th.
65 years ago (March 20th, 1951), President Ho Chi Minh presented the force with the poem which is literally translated as follows:
No job is hard if one’s will is enduring;
When there is a will, there is a way.

Former State President Nguyen Minh Triet, Politburo member Vo Van Thuong - head of the Party Central Committee’s Information and Education Commission, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission (MMC) Truong Thi Mai joined the seminar.
Over 150 scientific interventions presented at the event analyzed, evaluated and clarified the content and meaning of Ho Chi Minh Thought on the big school of volunteer youth and expressed gratitude to Uncle Ho, who founded the "Big School of Volunteer Youth".
To promote the major power of the country, the participants recommended that the Party, State and the HCM Communist Youth Union focus on content, method of mobilization, education, and organization of youth forces to ensure that consistency and relevancy with the thoughts, aspirations, requirements and tasks of each specific revolutionary period.
Accordingly, the organizing method of volunteer youth into “big school”, a unique model with great historical significance and practical value, should be studied in order to be applied creatively in the new revolutionary period.
