11th Asia Pacific Conference on Human Genetics 2015 opened

PANO - The National Hospital of Pediatrics and the Asia-Pacific Society of Human Genetics co-organized the 11^th Asia Pacific Conference on Human Genetics 2015 from September 17^th to 19^th in Hanoi.

The conference

The event drew the participation of 65 international lecturers and 200 delegates from 20 countries worldwide such as Canada, the United States, France, England, Australia, Russia and Japan, as well as 250 domestic experts nationwide.

With the chosen theme "Genetics and Genomics: The Path to Translational Medicine," the three-day event features 180 reports providing comprehensive updates for scientists, physicians and health professionals who are working in human genetics with genetic diseases and congenital anomalies across the Asia- Pacific region.

The conference will contribute to promoting exchange and cooperation among scientists and countries to improve healthcare for patients suffering from genetic diseases.
