PANO - The Visit Vietnam Year - Dien Bien and Hoa Ban (Bauhinia Flower) Festival 2024 was kick-started with a special artistic program under the theme “Visit Hoa Ban region.”

It is a chance for Dien Bien province to honor, preserve and promote typical traditional cultural values of 19 ethnic minority groups in the locality and to popularize the beauty of Dien Bien and its people in particular and the Northwestern region in general.
