PANO - Over the past two years, troops undertaking duties at border management and protection and COVID-19 prevention checkpoints along the Sepon River have tried their best, overcome difficulties, and victoriously fulfilled their “dual tasks.”
Together with gradually-standardized barracks, troops have improved their meals with home-grown products, which has become an exemplary self-sufficient model for the Van Kieu ethnic people to develop their household economy and escape poverty.
The People’s Army Newspaper Online would like to introduce several photos of the daily life of troops tasked with managing and protecting the border and preventing COVID-19 along the Sepon River.
