Embassy holds meeting with labor consultants, Vietnamese community’s representatives in RoK
The Vietnamese Embassy in the Republic of Korea, in collaboration with the Employment Permit System (EPS) Labour Management Office and the Management Office of Vietnamese Laborers in the RoK, on December 5 organized a meeting with Vietnamese consultants at support centers for foreign workers, as well as representatives of Vietnamese community groups in the East Asian country.

The event aimed to update policies and laws of both the Rok and Vietnam related to the EPS program.
Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Ho emphasized the significance of labor export in creating jobs and contributing to the nation's economic development.
He stressed that the interests of workers must be prioritized to ensure that the efforts of the embassy, labor management agencies, consultants, and representatives of community groups are meaningful, effective, and successful.
Nguyen Dinh Dung, Counsellor in charge of community affairs at the embassy, provided essential guidance on collaboration between consultants, representatives of Vietnamese community groups, and the community affairs board of the embassy.
