To minimize losses, troops of the Mobile Training Battalion of the Lai Chau provincial Border Guard Command and Battalion 1 of Infantry Regiment 754 of the Son La provincial Military Command have evacuated local people in flooded areas and their property to safer places.

Timely deeds demonstrated the close solidarity between troops and people and contributed to beautifying the image of Vietnamese military troops in Northwestern people’s heart.
