Tet gifts given to poor families in Thai Nguyen
PANO – Representatives of the People’s Army Newspaper (PAN) and Vingroup’s Thien Tam Fund visited and presented lunar New Year (Tet) gifts to households living in poor conditions and facing many difficulties in life in Quan Chu town, Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen Province.
At the gift-presenting ceremony on January 27, representatives from the newspaper handed gifts to poor local families and children from Quan Chu town kindergarten.

On the occasion, the local authorities and businesses gave Tet gifts to people in need in Quan Chu town, and over VND 150 million to Quan Chu town kindergarten to buy facilities for its playground.
The gift-presenting in Quan Chu town is among a series of activities being conducted nationwide by the People’s Army Newspaper and Thien Tam Fund, during which thousands of Tet gifts, worth VND 600,000, will be handed over to needy families to help them enjoy a happy Tet.
