Soldiers and militia force race to build boarding schools
PANO - Under the blazing sun in June in the Central and the Central Highlands of Vietnam, nearly 1,000 soldiers and militia personnel from Military Region 5 are working tirelessly alongside other forces to accelerate the construction of boarding schools serving both primary and secondary students.
In border areas and remote communities, with the support and attention of the Party, the State, and local authorities, sturdy and modern school buildings are gradually taking shape, creating better educational opportunities for children living in the nation’s border areas.
Below are photos reflecting efforts of soldiers and militiamen of Military Region 5 in building boarding schools.
