Nghe An provincial border guards help local people harvest rice
PANO - Implementing the Volunteer Saturday, on May 11, the Tam Hop Border Post of the Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command, mobilized troops to help local H’mong ethnic minority people harvest rice.
These days, H’mong people in Huoi Son village, Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district are harvesting rice.
