Lieutenant General Do Can, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics (GDP) of the Vietnam People's Army, attended the event.

The art program featured special performances praising the merits, contributions and great sacrifices of heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, and national contributors to the revolution, Fatherland's independence, freedom and unification and happiness of the people.

These performances also showed the deep gratitude and determination of today’s young military troops in upholding the heroic traditions of previous generations, thereby contributing to the cause of national construction and defense in the current period.

At the event, the organizing panel presented a “VND 100 house” and 30 gifts to local national contributors and needy students. Earlier, they also offered incense at the War Cemetery of Tien Xuan commune, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Bui Thi Han, donated 169 gifts to wounded and sick soldiers, families of national contributors and other policy beneficiaries, and disadvantaged students who achieved good learning outcomes.
