More gifts for national contributors and needy people
PANO - Bach Mai Hospital provided free health check-ups and medicines, and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries, national contributors, and needy families in Van Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province on the occasion of the 72nd year of the Vietnam Wounded Soldiers' and Martyrs' Day (July 27).
According to Associate Professor Doctor Nguyen Quoc Anh, Director of the hospital, the medical examination is part of practical activities to pay tribute to policy beneficiaries and national contributors and is a chance for medical personnel at the hospital to promote their medical ethics and responsibility in serving the people.

During the program, the hospital's doctors and leading experts checked blood pressure, conducted ultrasound scan, and cardiac disease screening for the patients. Besides, they provided medical counseling, and guided people how to prevent some common diseases.
In addition, the hospital and donors also presented 500 gifts and medicines, worth VND 500,000 each, to policy beneficiaries and needy people.
