Vietnamese chemical team ready to compete at Army Games 2020
PANO – The chemical team of the Vietnam People’s Army will compete in the “Reconnaissance Teams Implements Safe Environment Missions” category at the Army Games 2020.
In the “Safe environment” category, reconnaissance crews have to compete in three stages, including “Individual race,” “Range practice,” and “Relay race.”
Reportedly, troops under the Chemical Corps are familiar experienced in searching for radioactive sources, identifying chemical agents, taking samples from soil and water, and carrying out decontamination missions.
Nevertheless, in the “Reconnaissance team deals with radioactivity, chemistry, and biology” event at the Army Games 2020, they have to overcome challenges in a limited amount time and with a number of obstacles. With the spirit of solidarity, the chemical team is determined to try their best to gain the highest results.
The People’s Army Newspaper Online would like to present some images of the team during their training for the Games.
