As of June 6, 2025, units have mobilized personnel and equipment to five designated clusters, ready to begin intensive training and rehearsals.

Addressing the meeting, General Nghia directed the Naval Service to formulate a parade plan for armed forces performing sea duties, finalize documentation (including preliminary and final rehearsal plans) per regulations, and ensure seamless communication.
