Units from arms and services have pro-actively prepared technical equipment and vehicles for the parade in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2025).
The inspection showed that most units thoroughly followed the directives and guidance of higher levels, coordinated closely with relevant agencies and units, and ensured the gathering locations of vehicles and equipment were well-organized and safe. They also managed, preserved, and maintained weapons, equipment, and military hardware effectively in preparation for training for the parade.

Major General Phung Ngoc Son acknowledged and commended the units for their efforts and determination in overcoming difficulties to ensure technical readiness of weapons, equipment, and vehicles.
He emphasized the need for units to work closely with relevant agencies to prepare comprehensively, devise scientific and flexible plans, and ensure the best conditions for vehicles and equipment for training, taking weather conditions into account, so as not to affect training progress.

Units are required to quickly settle down, ensure sufficient and timely fuel supply and related materials, regularly check and verify vehicle conditions, driving skills, and repairs capabilities, and promptly address any malfunctions to maintain optimal technical readiness.
Absolute safety and timely transportation of parade forces must be ensured, he noted.
